Description of problem:
Erasure Coded pool creation always ends with:
Request failed. error: can not change the size of an erasure-coded pool
The pool is created in ceph, but not displayed on UI.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to create Erasure Coded pool

Actual results:
The creation fails

Expected results:
An EC pool is created successfully and if it fails for some reason no pool is created in ceph.

Size is no more a field to be passed for ec pool creation request. The issue is resolved through the patch https://review.gerrithub.io/#/c/280832/.

Still there a calamari BZ#1329190, due to which ec pool creation flow is still not working.

Added a depends on the same BZ.
