Description of problem:
When I go into Containers->Registries get next exception:

Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong undefined method `authorized?' for #<#<Class:0x00000009450250>:0x000000113351d8>

1. Go to Registry page

Exception is raised and page is not opened

Necessary page can be accessed
