Description of problem:

The Libreoffice 5.0.6 is outdateted, actualy is version 5.1.3 avilable

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.0.6.2


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install libreoffice

Actual results:
it will install version 5.0.6.2 


Expected results:
Libreoffice 5.1.3 should be installed

Upgrade to Fedora 24 to get the 5.1 series. There are no plans to provide 5.1 on Fedora 23
