Verified in

 satellite-6.3.0-6.1.beta.el7sat.noarch - RHEL7

Conclusion:

Navigated to all hosts related pages and tried to hover on every title and link, popovers worked properly in Chrome and also Firefox.

Cannot reproduce the issue.
