Description of problem:
After changing in /var/www/miq/vmdb/config/database.yml base.pool and production.pool to 6 /var/www/miq/vmdb/log/evm.log shows lots of the following messages:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set base.pool and production.pool to 6 in /var/www/miq/vmdb/config/database.yml to 
2. Restart
3. Watch /var/www/miq/vmdb/log/evm.log

Actual results:
Reseting Openstack Ceilometer connection after undefined method `list_events' for #<OpenstackHandle::MeteringDelegate:0x00000002d3a160>. 

Expected results:
No errors show up

Additional info:
The Cloudforms appliance has an Openstack Infrastructure provider attached.

verified on 5.6.0.11-rc2.2
log is empty from the reported errors
