Description of problem:

The cancel button does not return to back webpage

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.60 beta 2


Steps to Reproduce:
1.login to CFME
2. go to compute --> infrastructure -> providers
3. click on infra provider RHOS
4. click on configuration --> scale this infra provider down
5. click back

Actual results:

The page ends with error 
https://lynx03.qa.lab.tlv.redhat.com/ems_infra/show/156000000000003

The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.
Expected results:

Cancel button return to infra provider page

Verified in 5.6.0.8.
I was redirected back to the provider when pressed back button.
