Seems the sources didn't include a license file for the packaged upstream version (3.6). Later versions include a license file and since this is for software collections I believe a rebase to a newest version for the next release would be the ideal solution. The upstream version that introduces the standalone license file also introduces bundling of jquery libraries, which I don't think is desirable. However, the current rhscl version does contain the license and copyright inside the `coverage/__init__.py` file. Fixed. The license was put inside %docs in both RHEL versions as the %license macro in RHEL7 does not yet work properly in RHSCLs with respect to uninstallation (rhbz#1334670). Just a small enhancement, please remove "#" at the beginning of each line in newly created license file. Thanks Done!
