can't find any logstash !

While we should create package review of logstash in near future, logstash is not needed for running of Copr. It just provide more functionality (statistics).
So I softened the requires to Suggest.

Addressed in commit
* 3a68ca7 (HEAD -> master, origin/master, origin/HEAD) backend: change logstash requires to soft requires
