Description of problem:
Due to this issue [1] ABRT should log before creating the core.

How reproducible:
always

Actual results:
abrt does not log before creating the core

Expected results:
abrt logs before creating the core

We have to added the following upstream patch [1] to avoid duplication of repeating crash log messages.
