Description of problem:
Via design notifications should be generated for all listed events however UI tells differently in Notifications table on Cluster Configuration tab. Using API the information about that is missing completely.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create some cluster
2. Open Configuration tab
3.

Actual results:
All lines in Notifications table shows 'No' as a value.

Expected results:
All lines should be 'Yes', 'True' or 'Enabled'.

All notifications lines shows 'Enabled' except 'Quorum Loss' for which it is expected.
