Description of problem:
although specspo is fully translated to arabic, the rpm
doesn't include the arabic translation.

specspo-9.0.92-1.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.choose an arabic locale
2.do a qurey on an rpm
3.rpm description is in english
    

Actual Results:  rpm description is in english

Expected Results:  should appear in arabic

Hicham, Module: desc , CVS Path: specspo/desc is being worked on to add the
Arabic  translation. Current status is:

Total strings: 1845 	
Fuzzy: 752 	
Untranslated: 653

Fedora Core 3 is now maintained by the Fedora Legacy project for security
updates only. If this problem is a security issue, please reopen and
reassign to the Fedora Legacy product. If it is not a security issue and
hasn't been resolved in the current FC5 updates or in the FC6 test
release, reopen and change the version to match.
