Description of problem:

It looks like the value in the 'CPU used' in the Totals column is being rounded off to the nearest GHz value.

In the attached chargeback report,CPU used  for cu-24x7 on 05/13/2016 is 1 GHz
and CPU used for cu-9-5 is 666 MHz.The total 'CPU Used' reported for that day 
is 2 GHz.

1.Manage a provider.Enable C&U collection for the provider.
2.Create a chargeback report

'CPU used' in total column in Chargeback reports should be accurate.
