Description of problem:
$ /usr/bin/dnf repoquery --repofrompath branched,https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/branched/latest-Fedora-/compose/Everything/i386/os --repoid branched --quiet  --provides python2-flask-restless
python-%{srcname} = 0.17.0-3.fc24


Please either define %srcname in the spec file or use "flask-restless" instead.

It is fixed in the spec now, but the package fails to build for other reasons. :-/

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.

The reason it wasn't building was the python-flask-sqlalchemy tests. 

I've disabled these for now to get a f25 build out, but they already work in rawhide due to the newer python-flask-sqlalchemy.
