Description of problem:
Per the Python Packaging guidelines [1], python-traceback2 should also provide python2-traceback2.  This can be accomplished either by restructuring the spec file layout to create python2-traceback2 and python3-traceback2 subpackages, or by just adding a virtual provides to the existing python-traceback2 package.  The example spec file [2] is a useful reference for making those changes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
This would be beneficial for all Fedora and EPEL branches of this package, so that a single spec file can require python2-unittest2 and it work correctly in Fedora and EPEL, even after the switch to Python 3.

Actual results:
python-traceback2 does not provide python2-traceback2

Expected results:
python-traceback2 should provide python2-traceback2
