Description of problem:
  Translations are either misplaced or missing in Compute->Services menu with ja_Jp locale.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  5.6.0.7-beta2

How reproducible:
  Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  Login to cfme with ja_JP locale.
 
  1. Navigate to Compute - Services - Catalogs - Orchestration Templates.
     Appeared page has 'テンプレートタイプ' for 'Template Type' and 'ドラフト' for 
     'Draft' which need to be placed in one line.

  2. Navigate to Compute - Services - Workloads - Templates & Images.
     Some item in the chart on the page after clicking "All Templates & Images"
     remains in English.
     "Group", Tenant My Company access" 

  3. Navigate to Compute - Services - Requests.
     All items at "Approval State" and the items in "Type" drop-down and 
     "Request Date" drop-down menu remain in English.

Actual results:
  Translations misplaced and/or missing.

Expected results:
  Translations should be available.

Fixed in 5.6, moving to ON_QA for verification.

Reported issue still remains in cfme 5.6.0.10 version please refer "cfme-services-ja_JP-3.png" in the attached screen shots. Moving bug to Assigned as of now.

Tested on 5.7.0.0.20160906172503_12f65cb and following issues are still reproducible.

The last problem is just a matter of missing translations.
