Description Takanori MATSUURA 2004-09-28 10:57:18 UTC
Firefox built by Fedora Project is configurated with
"--enable-official-branding".

But
http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/licensing.html says:
If you are redistributing unmodified versions of a final release
of our software as made available on ftp.mozilla.org, you may use
the Mozilla name and logos to identify the software.

Are patches in SRPM included to "unmodified" category in the sentence
above?

Or

Does Fedora Project have a "prior written permission" for trademark
permissions?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firefox-0.9.3-8

Comment 1 Warren Togami 2004-09-28 11:03:22 UTC
Fedora Project has prior written permission to use the official
trademarks.
