Description of problem:

In case of multiple network interfaces there should be an option to set different MTU. 
This RFE depends on:
1298612 - [RFE] RHEV-H should allow configuring multiple nics

The purpose for that is self-hosted engine implementation. It is wise to use different network for self-hosted engine Storage Domain with customer MTU what enables jumbo frames.

no field to set MTU

field with MTU value

I've moved this to Cockpit, because Cockpit is the primary administration interface of RHEV-H 4.

I'll add a configuration dialog for "Ethernet", which will allow setting the MTU.
