Description of problem:
I found this error while satellite installer was performing upgrade. I don't see any failure in installer steps but in logs I found this error:

3. satellite-installer --scenario satellite --upgrade

Actual results:


Expected results:
No silent exception should be raised. If anything goes wrong in logs then installer should not proceed ahead. It should fail.
