Description of problem:
After uninstalling IPA server, ipa-server-install keeps contains of IPA installation in /etc/systemd/system/httpd.service file. This leads to failure in starting httpd server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Httpd
2. Install ipa-server
3. Configure IPA server
4. Uninstall IPA server 
5. Try to start httpd server


Actual results:
httpd server fails to start or restart.

Expected results:
httpd server should start without fail.
