Installing nss_wrapper pulls in cmake.

1. yum install nss_wrapper

nss_wrapper installs files for cmake in /usr/lib64/cmake. That's why it requires cmake. How do other projects deal with it?

nss_wrapper is a development tool so I think it is fine to require it. However we could think about creating nss_wrapper-devel.

Fedora 27 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2018-11-30. Fedora 27 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
