Description of problem:
In VDSM page, it shows "Edit vdsm.conf (or go to VDSM Service Management)", and the "VDSM Service Management" is a hyperlink. But there is no jump when click "VDSM Service Management".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install NGN
2. Click oVirt -> Virtual Machines page -> VDSM
3. Click "VDSM Service Management"

Actual results:
1. After step3, there is no jump to vdsm service management.

Expected results:
1. It should jump to vdsm service management.
