Description MNontschev 2016-05-31 18:05:47 UTC
Adding device to already existing or new VM is not possible. The host devicelist is empty (pci/scsi/usb). The host devicelist through host tab shows the devices correctly. Starting already existing VM with pass-through device works.

As a result device pass-through for new or changed VMs is currently broken.

unfortunately this is the effect of partial/incomplete fix of bug 1303160 in 3.6.6.

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

Verified on version: 3.6.7.5-0.1.el6

But when trying to add a new device the device is not listed (also after refresh capabilities) unless I did libvirtd restart according to this https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1315100
