This bug has been copied from bug #1335218 and has been proposed
to be backported to 6.8 z-stream (EUS).

If everything goes well than it should be released within Batch #2 at July 12.

This appears to be causing issues for VNC as well, however this CAN be worked around by passing -listen tcp in the VNC configuration.
