Description of problem:

It is very confusing to have the dashboard and summary view on the provider's timeline page since they are not related to the timeline at all and actually very disappointing to press and exit to the dashboard and provider's summary page when what you expect is a dashboard and summary of the timeline selection.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to compute -> container -> providers 
2. select a provider -> monitoring -> timeline
3. select view: dashboard/summary

Actual results:

we are taken to screens that are not related to the timeline

Expected results:

I do not think that these links should be available from the timeline page
