Description of problem:
There should be a breadcrumb at the top of the event details page that allows for easy navigation back to the event list.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the Events listing.
2.Select Details for any event.
3.

Actual results:
Details page is displayed without a breadcrumb.

Expected results:
There is a breadcrumb at the top of the page that allows navigation back to the Events list view.

Note that I see the same problem on the Task Details page.

Patch merged (https://review.gerrithub.io/#/c/280125/), should be live on newer builds.

Not familiar with how we do it, but I'm changing the status to ON_QA, because it seems most appropriate. Ideally the assignee should also change, but not sure whom to assign - feel free to take up QA team.

We are using patternfly design. This not a bug. the issue raised is addressed. Also the breadcrumb is consistent across the UI
