The dependency should be removed altogether, the logical dependency goes the other way around (some RHEV package should depend on rhevm-spice-client-x{86,64}-msi - bug 1339277)
*** Bug 1343828 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** (In reply to Radek Duda from comment #0) > Package rhevm-userportal was allegedly > renamed to ovirt-engine-userportal, which is not updated in dependencies of > rhevm-spice-client-x86-msi package. For what it's worth, next time such a renaming is done, running "dnf repoquery whatrequires rhevm-userportal" or similar would allow to proactively catch these problems.
