Red Hat OpenStack Platform 9 offers the new v2.1 Cinder replication API. The following use cases must be documented:

* Configure back end device to enable replication (all volumes)
* Configure back end device to enable replication (volume by tenant)
* (cinder replication-failover) switch from a failed Cinder to a replicated 
  volume
* Confirm resources and switch back to original primary device
