This wasn't merged to 4.0.2, this will appear in 4.0.4 Verified with rhevm-4.0.4-0.1.el7ev.noarch: Pass through cpu isn't enabled with manual migration but only with no migration allowed - as it should. 'hosCPUUnavailable' message which appears when hovering above the passthrough host CPU checkbox is create/edit vm menu -> host tab, has been corrected. |

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ovirt-engine-4.1.0-0.0.master.20160602111311.git111aada.el7.centos.noarch How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open VMs edit dialogue 2. go to Host tab 3. select migration mode to manual migration only Actual results: checkbox is not enabled Expected results: checkbox should be enabled or description changed Additional info: Checkbox is enabled when migration is not allowed.
