Description of problem:

Due to the unfortunate push of keepassx v2 to F23 stable, upgrades to F24 are now broken.  Any new passwords which were added to the new v2 db in F23 are now gone.

keepassx should continue being v2 due to upgrades from F23, and a new package, keepassx-v1 should be provided by default for new installs.

Done.

It's too late to propose a release blocker bug, but we can document this as a known issue and have the update ready in updates-testing for people updating before the release.  Also, push the update to stable as soon as the release is out of the door.
