Description of problem:
 Customer uses the lspci command in their kickstart (%pre script).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 Rhel7.0
 Rhel7.1
 Rhel7.2

How reproducible:
 Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start RHEL 7 installation
2. Once graphical (stage2) starts, press "Ctrl+Alt+F2" to gain shell access
3. `lspci` is not available

Actual results:
 lspci is not found 

Expected results:
 lspci is available in the squashfs.img

Additional info:
 This command is available in previous versions of RHEL. RHEL 7 seems to have removed it. Customer is wondering why and if we can put it back in.

Verified on RHEL-7.3-20160707.2 with anaconda-21.48.22.79-1.el7.
