Please update the "Learn More" button in the system upgrade dialog for Fedora 24 to point to the following URL:
https://fedoramagazine.org/whats-new-fedora-24-workstation

This URL is not active yet but will be at F24 GA time.  This is a better link than the current general docs.fp.o, since it explains many of the benefits of upgrading the Fedora 24 Workstation.

Since the current plan is for Software to receive an update in F23 once the F24 is GA, the article will be available at the advertised URL by that time.
