Some builds in Ryan's compose are beta-signed, and this is a difference from previous Puddles that QE has been using.

For now you'll need to add the beta key on your nodes:

sudo rpm --import
/etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-beta

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

after importing gpgkey , ansible got installed and was able to install ceph successfully with the latest build. 

ceph -v 
ceph version 10.2.2-2.el7cp (f1f313912893a3ecab6afbdc5690054dde9789fb)

Note: to be clear, this step is only necessary because we do not have GA-signed composes. At the end of the process, before we go GA, Ryan will GPG-sign the GA compose with the Red Hat GA key, and then you will not need to import any keys by hand.
