Description of problem:
While Disabling the Journal, seeing continuous message

" JournalMetadata: handle_watch_reset: failed to watch journal(2) No such file or directory"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ceph version 10.2.2-1.el7cp

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Image
2. Write some data.
3. Enable Journal
4. Let it get synced.
5. After a while disable the Journal, 


Actual results:
The message is pouring in, although the functionality wise its working fine.

Expected results:
Lets suppress this message, although its harmless.

The message is seen in the Slave Node, when disabling the Journal from Master Node
