Description Tummala Dhanvi (c0mrad3) 2016-06-16 16:51:28 UTC
Description of problem: Python3 version of python elasticsearch is not available

I am trying a package another package which has a python3x-elasticsearch as dependency

We now have version 1.x in epel. Is that also the version you need? (I'm considering if we need to have multiple versions packaged).

I am asking for packaging of

python3-elasticsearch : Python 3 Client for Elasticsearch

which is available in Fedora

This depends on python3x-urllib3 which is not in epel 7.

rhel 7 ships python-urllib3 which means we need to creage a new epel only python3-urllib3 package and go through the new package process.
