Description of problem:

To make available the new vdsm hook into the rhev-h, ovirt-node-plugin-vdsm will need to require the component.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

ovirt-node-plugin-vdsm-0.6.1-9.el7ev

Actual results:

No vdsm-hook-fcoe available into the rhev-h

Expected results:
We should ship vdsm-hook-fcoe into the rhev-h
