Description of problem:

libwnck3 lacks of updating in fedora. Latest upstream release is 3.18.0

Please update the package for rawhide/f24/f23

To be honest, I haven't worked on libwnck upstream or needed it downstream for some time.  I'd be up for transferring ownership to you.
