Add Object Storage summary screen

Description of problem:
In the Add Object Storage summary screen, there are down arrows after the values for OSDs and Journal for each pool entry. Clicking on these does nothing. The design intent was to open a list expansion that provided more detail on these attributes, but if this will not be implemented for RHSC2, the arrows should be removed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Pools and click Add Storage
2.Select Object Storage
3.Enter some values and click Next
4. Observe the last 2 items in the pool entry.

Actual results:
There are drop-down arrows that are not clickable. (see attached screen)

Expected results:
Either those arrows expand the list item or they should be removed.

Tested with
ceph-ansible-1.0.5-31.el7scon.noarch
ceph-installer-1.0.14-1.el7scon.noarch
rhscon-ceph-0.0.38-1.el7scon.x86_64
rhscon-core-0.0.38-1.el7scon.x86_64
rhscon-core-selinux-0.0.38-1.el7scon.noarch
rhscon-ui-0.0.51-1.el7scon.noarch
and it works.
