I have been experiencing huge memory consumption issues with IE 11 in general. In my case, I have a web app that can explode upwards of 1.7GB of memory consumption before IE just falls over. Other browsers do not appear to have the same problem. It turns out that there was a bug in IE 11 related to runaway memory consumption. https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/Feedback/Details/1974240 Though it appears that this issue has been resolved by Microsoft, I am still experiencing the problem as of today. Perhaps these issues are related. Verified on 4.0.0-19 on Win7 64b with IE11 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory, and where to find the updated files, follow the link below. If the solution does not work for you, open a new bug report. https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHEA-2016-1743.html |
