Description of problem:

5.6.0.11

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compute-> Infrastructure -> Add a new provider
2. Rhevm and fill in for example IP of openstack
3. Validate 

Actual results:
Credential validation was not successful: Login failed due to a bad username or password.

Expected results:
Error, that that is not rhevm provider or that server is unreachable( I also tested it with IP, that doesn't belong to any server and same error).

This doesn't feel like an "Appliance" bug. Gregg, do you think this should be assigned elsewhere?

Verified on CFME-5.7.0.1.20160913164703_66caf07

When entering wrong IP address, the validate operation is processed for several min, and eventually no error is displayed on UI.
