The /usr/bin/gnumed script from the gnumed package tries to load the "Gnumed" Python module from the current working directory (CWD). /usr/bin/gm_ctl_client is similarly affected. Steps to Reproduce: $ cat > Gnumed.py print("boom!") $ gnumed # run /usr/bin/gnumed boom! ... $ mkdir -p client/connectors/ $ cat > client/connectors/gm_ctl_client.py print("boom!") $ gm_ctl_client # run /usr/bin/gm_ctl_client boom!
