Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.6.0.11

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Control -> Explorer -> Analyse incoming container images -> Container image discovered 
2. Click on Initiate SmartState Analysis for Container Image under Order of Actions if ALL Conditions are True
3.

Actual results:
It's unclickable, I have to select Initiate SmartState Analysis for Container Image from tree view

I can reproduce but I am not sure what are the expected results. Where should the link lead us to? just one step down in the tree?

Yes, I think so. Same way as I click it in the tree view.

It is fixed in cfme-5.7.0.0-1.el7cf.x86_64
