The screenshot shows a "parseerror" in the place the selected child should be.
That's https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1360901 which is already fixed.
I believe this also prevents selecting it, and is independent of the issue originally fixed here.

Works for me on current darga (commit 08d8fafdf85d549e45f91f27cab076ab4875d8ae).
Both in Policy Profiles and Policies accordion, clicking on right side selects "Initiate ..." action child on left side.

Yaacov, can you test on current darga and confirm?
I propose re-QAing this with next build.

production.log traceback also confirms this was caused by bug 1360901.

Not closing as dup — the resulting problem is separate, so ideally should be verified separately.
