Description of problem:
Red Hat Firefox 45.2 does not load 3rd party FFmpeg libraries for HTML5/MP4 video.

Firefox 45.2

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
Install 3rd party FFmpeg libraries (e.g. nux-dextop)
2.
Start Firefox
about:support
Supports Hardware H264 Decoding: No; Compiled without MP4 support.

https://www.youtube.com/html5

Actual results:
H.264 = NO, MSE & H.264 = NO

Expected results:
H.264 = YES, MSE & H.264 = YES

Additional info:
Mozilla Firefox 45.2 uses FFmpeg libraries for HTML5/MP4 if available.

Please report that at CentOS bugzilla, CentOS can enable that. We disabled ffmpeg support on RHEL6 because of Firefox crashes caused by ffmpeg library.
