Description of problem:
xpdf crashes if an outline element without any reference to a text
location is selected.  Such outline entries can be used as dividers of
separate parts of the document.  One such document is the POSIX
specification.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load POSIX spec in xpdf
2.click on "Rationale" outline

nothing

it's fixed in xpdf-3.00-6, thanks for the patch file.
