A patch was added to the xsd package in Fedora/EPEL as seen here:

http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/xsd.git/commit/?id=336a062ad858532c836ea418b3e63ffab7f8adca

But in the SPEC file, it ("%patch1") is applied only when "%{rhel}" is defined. This patch is not at all specific to EPEL, and is needed just the same in Fedora.

Please simply remove the "%if %{rhel}" condition in the SPEC file that limits the application of this patch, and then rebuild the xsd package for all versions of Fedora (22, 23, 24, and Rawhide).
