The steps for adding an additional self-hosted engine host on RHEV-H have changed and must be updated.

Previously, users could select 'Deploy' as the final step, and now they are presented with an 'ok' and 'cancel' option.

Patch to be cherry-picked to the RHV 4.0 documentation.
