Description of problem:
RHV-4.0.z is expected to have a tech-preview of OVS usage. OpenVSwitch is expected to have its own channel by than, but it is unavailable for RHV-4.0-beta time.

Without openvswitch in RHV channel, beta testers cannot install vdsm on RHEL-H.

Please review remove this requirement until the OVS package is actually needed and by then ee will have it from platform.

We probably should make the title of this bug more clear, Dan.
It is only about shipping ovs RPM in rhv channels.
This bug does NOT mean providing OVS support in RHV 4.0.
OVS is not yet supported in RHV, since this bug is still open: bz#1195208

?

Correct, Marina. OVS is shipped, but it is not yet supported. It is enabled as a tech preview by our OVN integration.
