heketi device delete does not delete corresponding pvs and vgs from the system.

Should also remove vg directory created under /var/lib/heketi/mounts

My bad, it does delete the vgs and pvs from the nodes. 

But it does not delete the vg directory created under "/var/lib/heketi/mounts". Modifying BZ accordingly.

Thanks for confirming it delete the PV/VG. But, mount points can be chosen by administrator if needed. In that case, these mount points are outside the control of heketi. Keeping the bugzilla open for Luis's thoughts.
