I'll watch this for now. Might reassign to Nandini for verification. I'm going to need help with this one. I have an appliance that I think is setup correctly at 10.16.7.93 but I still have utilization greyed out. Could you take a look? Don't know if that needinfo ever showed up in your inbox. You can kick it back to me after you take a peek. Jeff, I'm taking a look at your appliance now. Can you clarify what the needsinfo flag is set for? Note- this BZ is ON_QA I set it as Nandini was on PTO and I didn't want to forget. the needsinfo was for Daniel Berger in Dev. Its not clear to me what the status of this BZ is. Bronagh, I set the NEEDINFO for Daniel since metrics collection is still failing in 5.6.1.2. I'll switch the BZ to ON_DEV. Moving back to Jeff for likely verification. Jeff failed to properly enable the collection metrics. I went ahead and setup the additional debugging as requested above. Looks like the Hyper-V issue was also operator error. I'm going to move this to verified since four of us have seen data collection. I'll leave 10.16.7.200 running for the next month to see how it behaves over time. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
