Description of problem:

I can't install libvirt. There is some error in the package.

libvirt.x86_64 0:0.10.2-60.el6

How reproducible:

1. yum install libvirt

As a workaround you can try to create a qemu group manually
# groupadd -f -r qemu
and then install the libvirt
# yum install libvirt

verify with build libvirt-0.10.2-62.el6
